the main variations amongst the formats are:
PO-6: no COMMONWEALTH ... heading;
PO-7: no counterfoil attached;
PO-8: an accounting docket of an unknown type.

Printed in November 1963.	AA-PO-6. Unused ordinary rate phonogram form. Characteristics: No heading for the responsible authority. The "Commonwealth ..."heading had been removed when the Authority changed to the "AUSTRALIAN POST OFFICE"; Form Number is TG 70. all information in heading section has been reformatted; address and message sections merged; space for Date Stamp removed.
	AA-PO-6 (reverse). Reverse side of the unused form above showing entire reverse side. Characteristics: more information details noted; as with front of form, no Authority indicated.
	AA-PO-7. Unused ordinary rate phonogram form. Characteristics: No heading for the responsible authority; no counterfoil attached; form number T.G. 70B.
	AA-PO-7B. 14 October 1974 at C.T.O. Hobart. Characteristics: has a Postmaster General Depratment heading for the responsible authority; no counterfoil attached; new form number. A rare used phonogram (customer's copy) to The Hon. Doug McClelland. The date stamp is rated RRRR. Used between 14 October 1974 and 28 April 1975.
	AA-PO-8. An accounting docket (T.G. 62) related to a telephoned transmission. Nothing is known of this form. The wording on the left matches that used later on a Telecom form.
